Support Our Mission To Remember, Honor
And Understand the Day of Infamy

With each December 7, we see less and less World War II veterans attend the annual Commemoration in Honolulu. The once large gatherings of Pearl Harbor survivors and their fellow vets have dwindled to a handful. Two years ago COVID meant the veterans and the public could not attend.  It was a tough call to have a virtual ceremony in a difficult year. The veterans love coming to the annual commemoration, and we are honored to host them. Last year for the 80th the events were split between Kilo Pier on the Pearl Harbor base and Pearl Harbor National Memorial.  There were attendance restrictions

This year for the 81st those restrictions are gone. We welcome all who can attend in person in Honolulu to attend.  It will also be livestreamed.

The mission of Pacific Historic Parks is to Remember, Honor and Understand  World War II in the Pacific. We are reaching out to you to support the 81st Commemoration this December 7, 2022. Gifts of all sizes help us ensure we continue to provide events and programs so that all generations never forget the courage and sacrifices made by the Greatest Generation.
