World War II veterans, U.S. and allied service members, friends and family pay tribute to the 429 crew-members of the USS Oklahoma killed Dec. 7, 1941 in the attack on Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, during the USS Oklahoma ceremony held every December 7th. The casualties included 415 sailors and 14 Marines who continued to fight even after the ship was struck by 9 torpedoes, causing it to capsize.

There is no need to register in advance to attend, and no tickets required. However, the ceremony takes place on Ford Island, so visitors must have a military or government ID in order to attend.
