Pearl Harbor National Memorial
The Pearl Harbor National Memorial, operated by the National Park Service, is comprised of the USS Arizona, USS Oklahoma, and USS Utah Memorials, in addition to six officer bungalows, three mooring quays, and the Pearl Harbor Visitor Center. The memorial commemorates the events surrounding the December 7, 1941 attack and honors the thousands of Americans who served and died on that day over 80 years ago.
Admission to the visitor center, which includes two museums and the park grounds, is free and open to the public, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, seven days a week (closed Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day). Tickets to the USS Arizona Memorial are also free and available on a first come, first served basis, or can be reserved online.
No purses, handbags, backpacks, camera bags, diaper bags, or other items that offer concealment are allowed at the visitor center. Allowable items include wallets, cameras, cellular phones, and bottled water. Medicine can be brought into the park in a clear bag. Baby carriages and wheelchairs are permitted. The USS Bowfin Submarine Museum and Park offers bag storage outside the main gate for a fee of $7.00 per bag and $10 per piece of luggage.
Please note: As of April 2023, parking fees at the Pearl Harbor National Memorial are $7/day for private and rented vehicles. This fee will be collected through a virtual pay system on visitors' mobile devices or via an onsite kiosk. This revenue supports the park's recurring maintenance needs, upkeep on the USS Arizona Memorial, and other resources.
On December 7th, the parking fee will be waived and there will be no bag fees until 10:00 AM.
Reserve tickets for the free boat ride to the USS Arizona Memorial. You can also purchase the narrated audio tour, access to the virtual reality center, the Passport to Pearl Harbor, and more.
