The commemoration will begin at 7:30 am, but the visitor center gates will be open at 6:15 am. We suggest arriving early!

No tickets are required for any Pearl Harbor commemorative events.

However, the USS Oklahoma and USS Utah Memorials are located on Ford Island, and unfortunately access to Ford Island is restricted to military/government personnel with ID cards. This does not include a driver's license; it is a government employee ID card, including military retiree ID cards.

The commemoration is held outside, with many of the seats under a large tent. Seating in the front and middle is assigned to specific guests, but there is also seating available for visitors on a first come, first served basis.

The commemoration will be held at the Pearl Harbor National Memorial at 1 Arizona Memorial Place in Honolulu. Parking is available but this is a busy day, so arrive early! Normally there is a parking fee of $7, but on December 7th this fee will be waived. There will also be free bag storage until 10:00am.

Yes. Boats will go to the USS Arizona Memorial from 12:00pm to 3:30pm on a first come, first served basis, as conditions allow. No reservations are required and none will be released in advance.
